Metroacústica offers technical consulting services and quality system audits in accordance with the recommendations of the ISO / IEC 17025 standard.

The consultancy can be hired for a minimum period of 7 hours. The consultant will be able to discuss issues of free choice of the contracting company, such as accreditation of conformity assessment bodies (OAC), quality management systems, technical recommendations addressed in the standards used in electroacoustic calibrations, technical aspects related to the control of measurement equipment . After consulting, a report will be provided with the topics covered.

Internal audits in accordance with item 5 of the ISO / IEC 17025 standard may be contracted. In the audits will be evaluated the technical requirements recommended by ISO 17025 and will be carried out with minimum period of 14 hours distributed in two working days. Internal audits should take place in the place of the contracting company. An internal audit report will be issued after the audit, where there will be opportunities for improvements in the quality system, as well as any evidence of non-conformities. The contracting company shall submit written corrective action proposals for any non-conformities indicated. Compliance with corrective actions must occur within a period of no more than 60 calendar days after the submission of corrective action proposals. After the presentation of the evidences of compliance with the corrective actions, a "Corrective Actions Follow-up Report - RAAC" will be issued along the same lines as the form "FOR-CGCRE-093: Corrective Actions Follow-up Report" . After the issuance of the RAAC the internal audit will be considered finished. In order to record the information exchanged between Metroacústica and the contracting company, all information related to the internal audit should be written.

For both the provision of consultancy and internal auditing, the contracting company shall bear the costs of air and ground transportation, as well as lodging in the city where the service will be provided.
